I would like to see for fast time a 11 point difference between first and second place in qualifying. example instead of 10,9,8,7,etc the new rule would be 20,9,8,7, etc. I would hope this would help take care of sandbagging that went on during the 2010 season so it won't happen in 2011. thanks Scott Livernash

Best racing of the season generally was in the heat races where, other than Wenatchee or Port Angeles, most of the side by side racing occured. No 8/10 rule in order to make the invert AND do away with a 4 pill. 6 thru 14 with only one 6 and one 14. 2 @ 8, 10 & 12. Races must be minimum 35 laps though, not 30, not 25 even at Yakima. Increase passing points to 3 per car passed in the main event.

I propose, if a WMRA race is rained out or canceled, the cars who have signed in at the back gate should still recieve there 50 show up points.Least you are awarded something for supporting the club. thanks Scott Livernash

I propose the WMRA do away with the emancipation rule (rule 1 c). I think a board of four people should be made up.Two drivers and two owners. They would review those young drivers resumes and decide whether or not they are ready to race with the WMRA. Upon there approvable,it then would go to a board vote. Thanks Scott Livernash

I propose, car owners who have not registered there race cars in the past two years, starting back from Jan 1 2011, forfeit there car numbers. The numbers then would be put back in the number pool for other registered owners to use. Thanks Scott Livernash

I propose, $10.00 from each owners purse check, be donated to a drivers point fund (each race )to be distributed to the top five in points at the year end banquet. Thanks Scott Livernash

Thanks Scott Livernash Scott- Car numbers, other than 1-10 should not be reserved for the following year unless their dues are paid for the new year. I believe cars that participated the previous year have until March to get their dues paid and retain their number. Ater this, it's on a first come, first serve basis.

You must be a 2011 paid member to participate in rules discussion, however only car owners/drivers can vote. One vote per car.

Delete the two tire rule and return to the 1 RR per event. Other 3 tires are open. All to be American Racer.

If the car has a full containment seat, side nets are not required.
